Safety Guidelines
At Feral Outfitters, we strive to provide our customers with the best kayaking and fishing experience possible. To ensure the safety of our customers and the environment, we require that all customers renting fishing kayaks must follow the rules and regulations set forth by the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife. These rules include
-
All customers must possess a valid Washington State fishing license before boarding a fishing kayak if you have a fishing pole or gear on board. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the necessary Washington state license.
-
All customers must follow Washington State fishing regulations, including bag limits, catch and release requirements, and size limits for fish.
-
All customers must obey all boating regulations and laws, navigation rules, and proper use of safety equipment.
-
Feral Outfitters is not responsible for any fines, injury, accident, or damage caused by the customer's actions on the water. It is the customer's responsibility to operate the kayak safely and follow all safety guidelines.
-
Customers are responsible for any damage to the rental kayak and included equipment during the rental period, and are expected to return the kayak in the same condition as it was rented.
By renting a fishing kayak from Feral Outfitters, customers acknowledge that they have read and understand these rules and agree to comply with them. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow these rules, and to terminate rental agreements if customers do not comply with state regulations or the terms of the rental agreement.
